I’m Stephen Styles—a follower of Jesus who believes that through Him, all things are possible.

I help pastors, nonprofit leaders, business executives, and civic decision-makers navigate the intersection of race, faith, and community impact. These conversations are often complex, high-stakes, or avoided. Through coaching, workshops, and speaking, I help leaders move from tension to clarity, strengthen trust, and make decisions that drive meaningful, measurable outcomes.

My work accounts for the challenges leaders face, including market, financial, and social realities, theological considerations, and complex organizational power dynamics. I help them pursue real transformation without fracturing their teams, congregations, or communities—even when the right path is uncomfortable.

With over 25 years of experience across corporate, nonprofit, and faith-based environments—including organizations like Sweetwater Sound, Hilton, Marriott, and the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America—I’ve led teams, built partnerships, and helped organizations execute on what matters most. I hold a Master of Arts in racial justice and ecumenism and have formal training in faith-based community organizing.
