I’m Stephen Styles — a follower of Jesus who believes that through Him, all things are possible. I wear my faith and my need for God’s grace openly, and it shapes everything I do — my leadership, my work in the community, and even the lessons I’ve learned from my failures.

Professionally, I’m a leadership consultant, speaker, trainer, and community strategist focused on helping organizations and communities work better together. With more than 25 years of leadership experience — including management roles with Sweetwater Sound in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and with Hilton and Marriott in the Chicago market — I understand how culture, communication, performance, and service shape every environment.

I hold a Master of Arts focused on racial justice and ecumenism and have formal training in faith-based community organizing.
