Navigating Culture, Division, and Difference with Wisdom, Courage, and Skill
The Reconciliation Lab for Leaders equips executives, pastors, nonprofit leaders, and others to lead well through today’s racial, political, cultural, and ideological challenges. Developed and piloted in Fort Wayne, the Lab is designed for presentation locally and in other cities and regions.
Rooted in the teachings of Jesus, the Lab combines honest conversation, theological reflection, and practical tools for strengthening trust and navigating significant differences with wisdom, courage, and skill.
PROGRAM DETAILS
- Offered monthly in downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana
- Available as a three-session Lab or standalone Lunch & Learn sessions
- Designed for leaders and emerging leaders across business, church, nonprofit, education, and civic life
- Optional virtual cohort to support continued learning
- Developed with insight from Fort Wayne leaders including Rev. Luther Whitfield, Mr. John Christensen, Pastor Donovan Coley, Rev. Amy Beitelschees-Byers, and others
