PROGRAM OVERVIEW AND REGISTRATION

City skyline with a river and text about reconciliation and leadership.

WHAT THIS EXPERIENCE IS DESIGNED TO BUILD

As Fort Wayne grows and diversifies, leaders face increasing pressure to build cultures where people from different backgrounds can thrive. Organizations that navigate these realities well are more likely to retain talent, strengthen trust, and reduce unnecessary conflict. The Reconciliation Lab helps leaders develop the awareness, skills, and confidence needed to lead effectively in this environment.

Through three interactive sessions, participants will strengthen their capacity to:

  • Recognize how personal formation and lived experience shape leadership decisions and organizational culture

  • Navigate conversations surrounding culture, race, faith, and social difference with greater confidence and discernment

  • Build trust and communication across lines of difference

  • Identify leadership practices that reduce unnecessary harm and strengthen organizational health

  • Apply practical frameworks for decision-making, conflict navigation, and community engagement

  • Lead in ways that support both organizational success and the long-term flourishing of Fort Wayne

PROGRAM DETAILS

  • Three consecutive weekly sessions beginning August 4th

  • Sessions held from 10:30 AM–1:30 PM in downtown Fort Wayne
